Welcome to the Ebonyi Laureates clubs — the heart of our mission to empower Ebonyian youth through intellectual growth, academic excellence and community service. Our diverse range of clubs offers a platform for every passion, from the laboratory to the library.
STEM Club
Dedicated to demystifying Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, the STEM Club bridges the gap between classroom theory and real-world opportunity.
- Opportunity sharing: we curate and share internships, fellowships and tech-driven career paths.
- Accountability meetings: internal sessions to track progress and skill development.
- Public editions: special public meetings that engage the community and inspire the next generation of innovators.
Book Club
At the Book Club, we believe readers become leaders. Our focus is on cultivating a robust reading culture while nurturing the literary voices of Ebonyi.
- Literary growth: opportunities for established writers to hone their craft, and for aspiring authors to find their voice.
- Open mic events: we bring literature to life through performance. In 2025, we hosted two landmark open mic events exploring the themes of Ebonyi unity and the traditional New Yam Festival.
Research Club
Built on the foundation of inquiry and evidence-based solutions, the Research Club is committed to fostering a culture of academic rigour among young Ebonyians.
- Mentorship: guiding beginners through the complexities of data collection and analysis.
- Active inquiry: building the foundation to conduct research projects that address local and global challenges.
Blood Donor Club
Driven by the spirit of humanity and the goal of saving lives, the Blood Donor Club believes voluntary donation is a civic duty that strengthens our healthcare system.
- Dispelling myths: educating the public and breaking down misconceptions around blood donation.
- Impactful mobilisation: since 2025 alone, we have mobilised ten voluntary blood donations and distributed thirty Thank You Digital Badges to voluntary blood donors, to increase conversations about voluntary blood donation.
Scholarship Club
Navigating the world of academic funding can be daunting. Our Scholarship Club serves as a strategic roadmap for students aiming for local and international excellence.
